After I've completed my Advanced Soul Plan Reader course which enabled me to read overlay names (meaning names you use often other than your birth name), I was curious to see what those nicknames or overlay names my different groups of friends call me would give me as explained in Soul Plan. Overlay names infuse positive energies to help you grow, overcome challenges, and meet your goals. It's like giving you additional abilities and positive vibes too.
And to my surprise (well actually shouldn't be a surprise as my soul picks those names anyway), the names fit with each 'purpose' or 'situation' really well and really assisted me in my life and what I did!

1. "Alcohol Fairy" (in Chinese, 酒仙)
This nickname was given to me by the Tibetan friends I met on my third visit to Lhasa. So one day we went drinking and someone brought a locally brewed grain wine over - pretty high alcohol content. One Tibetan and I finished the whole bottle ourselves... and I wasn't drunk. (It's easier to get drunk on the highland - a friendly word of advice - do not drink on the first few days when you're at high altitude!)
Now when I look at the name - it has 20-2, 7-7 and 12-3 - it really is a name meant to be on the road (20-2 travel and explore the less trodden path, curious of foreign culture), to meet friends and draw people together (7-7 is a magnetic energy that helps with networking), and also to take care of others and learn/spread spiritual knowledge (12-3 a motherly and learning energy - I did help quite a bit of people who suffered from altitude sickness, and being friends with monks and learnt more about Buddhism)!
That fully embodied my relationship with Tibet!
2. "Shadow" (in Chinese, 影子）
I was helping a Producer friend to film a documentary related to Tibetan Buddhism in various places in Tibet. The wife and assistant to my Producer friend gave me this name - as I'd been following the producer around to handle various chores and stuff as if I was his shadow.
This name has 19-1, 6-6 and 17-8 - so my work really was about spreading spiritual knowledge in form so through a documentary in this case (19-1 to let spiritual work take form and then disseminate), being really creative in my shooting to represent the message behind (6-6 the most creative energy in the Soul Plan and to spread light), and also to really deliver and communicate the message into society (17-8 is great for careers such as documentary-maker!).
